维A酸类药物在皮肤科中的应用

摘　　要：维A酸类药物是一类维生素A衍生物,目前可分为四代,具有调节细胞增殖及分化、调节免疫、抗炎、减少皮脂腺分泌、诱导细胞凋亡等作用,目前被广泛应用于皮脂腺疾病、银屑病、角化性皮肤病、结缔组织病及皮肤肿瘤等疾病的治疗中。维A酸类药物的不良反应主要表现为对皮肤黏膜、生殖系统、骨骼与肌肉、肝功能、血脂的影响及皮肤刺激反应等。Retinoids are a kind of derivatives of vitamin A,and have an important role in regulating cell proliferation and differentiation,regulating immunity,inhibiting-inflammation,reducing sebaceous gland secretion,and inducing cell apoptosis.Retinoids are currently divided into four generations and widely used in psoriasis and inflammatory dermatoses,disorders of the sebaceous and apocrine glands,disorders of epidermal differentiation and keratinization,premalignant and malignant lesinons and other diseases.Topical retinoids cause skin reactions,and the adverse reactions of systemic retinoids dermatherapy mainly include mucocutaneous effects,teratogenicity,musculoskeletal effects and impacts on liver function and lipid levels.
