摘 要:随着煤炭资源的日益减少,煤炭价格不断攀升,对煤炭资源的最大化利用迫在眉睫。选煤是对煤炭资源有效利用的关键手段。选煤行业最常用的是重介选煤,该过程需要合理控制重介悬浮参数,以获得最佳的生产效率和成本效益。在重介质悬浮液中,磁性重介质的含量作为一个重要参数,直接影响选煤效果和煤产品质量。因此,重介质选煤工艺中,必须准确控制重介质悬浮液中磁性重介质的含量,这就要求准确测定磁铁矿粉中磁性物质的含量。本文简要分析了磁选的理论基础,总结了目前磁铁矿粉中磁性含量的测定方法,以期对重介选煤行业起到参考作用,对我国煤炭工业的发展起到积极的作用。As coal resources are declining and coal prices continue to rise,it is urgent to maximize the use of coal resources.Coal preparation is a key method for effective utilization of coal resources.The most used in the coal preparation industry is dense-medium coal preparation.This process requires reasonable control of the dense-medium suspension parameters to obtain the best production efficiency and cost-effectiveness.In the heavy medium suspension,the content of the magnetic heavy medium is an important parameter,which directly affects the coal preparation effect and the quality of coal products.Therefore,in the heavy medium coal preparation process,the content of the magnetic heavy medium in the heavy medium suspension must be accurately controlled,which requires accurate determination of the content of magnetic substances in the magnetite powder.This article briefly analyzes the theoretical basis of magnetic separation and summarizes the current determination method of magnetic content in magnetite powder,to play a reference role for the heavy-medium coal preparation industry and play a positive role in the development of our coal industry.
