摘 要:对实验室自制的催化剂性能进行研究,在燃煤中加入极少量的(0.1wt.‰~10 wt.‰)催化剂,可以达到非常显著的节煤效果。为了研究催化剂对煤燃烧的催化性能,利用催化剂与煤粉混合后的煤样进行性能表征测试实验。根据热重分析法,研究了煤样的热分解过程和燃烧特性参数,得出了燃煤催化剂的最佳添加浓度;根据热分析动力学,对不同煤样进行活化能和指前因子等动力学参数的计算和分析,并且分析不同计算方法的区别,得出在加入添加剂后的煤样反应活化能较原煤降低。The performance of the self-made catalysts in the laboratory was studied.Adding a very small number of catalysts(0.1‰~10‰)into coal can achieve a very significant coal saving effect.In order to study the catalytic performance of catalyst on coal combustion,the coal samples mixed with catalyst and pulverized coal were tested for performance characterization.According to the thermogravimetric analysis method to study the thermal decomposition and combustion characteristic parameters of coal samples,it is concluded that the best dosage of coal-fired catalyst;According to the thermal analysis kinetics,the activation energy and pre-exponential factor of different coal samples were calculated and analyzed,and the differences of different calculation methods were analyzed.It was concluded that the reaction activation energy of coal samples with additives was lower than that of raw coal.
