摘 要:从死铁层深度、炭砖侵蚀机理及炉缸活性等3个方面探讨了影响高炉长寿的共性问题及实际生产中的相应对策。国内高炉死铁层设计深度较浅,应适当加深,可通过调控死料柱空隙度调整实际死铁层深度;铁水溶蚀、碱金属侵蚀和铁水渗透、热应力作用分别是炭砖侵蚀的本质、直接原因、加剧手段,优化耐火材料的性能、采用高质量原料、加强冷却、保证风量及水量均匀性可预防炭砖不均匀及异常侵蚀现象;依据滞留率模型,提高炉缸活性应重点关注入炉焦炭粒度及质量,调整造渣制度,适当增大风量和采取中心加焦操作。The common problems affecting the longevity of blast furnace and the corresponding countermeasures in practical production are discussed from three aspects.They are the dead iron layer depth,carbon brick erosion mechanism and hearth activity.The design depth of dead iron layer of domestic blast furnace is relatively shallow,which should be properly deepened.The actual dead iron layer depth can be adjusted by adjusting the void degree of dead material column.Molten iron corrosion,alkali metal erosion,molten iron penetration and thermal stress are the essence,direct cause and aggravating means of carbon brick erosion respectively.By optimizing the performance of refractory materials,adopting high-quality raw materials,strengthening cooling and ensuring the uniformity of air volume and water volume,it can prevent uneven and abnormal erosion of carbon brick.According to the retention rate model,to improve the activity of the hearth,we should focus on the particle size and quality of the coke into the furnace,adjust the slag making system,appropriately increase the air volume and adopt the central coking operation.
