摘　　要：介绍了连续酸平产线中激光焊机的工艺装备及特点。在采用高碳钢和低碳钢相连接的焊接方式下,根据不同的焊机工艺参数是否添加焊丝以及是否进行后加热处理3种方案,对激光焊机不同焊接工艺进行了试验,得出不同焊接工艺参数对焊接质量产生的影响,最终确定出最优焊接方案。The technological equipment and characteristics of laser welding machine in continuous acid production line are introduced.The low-carbon steel and high-carbon steel are welded together.According to the three schemes of different welding process parameters,whether to add welding wire and whether to carry out secondary heating treatment,the different welding processes are tested.It is concluded that different welding process parameters have different effects on welding quality,and finally the optimal welding scheme is determined.
