摘  要:目前钢中O、N的测定方法有直读光谱法和熔融法,通过比较两种方法的检验原理、控制样品分析、试样制备、气体使用、时效性、测量范围及精度等,发现两种试验方法的稳定性和准确性都很好;熔融法不适合生产过程的实时监控,但其测定范围更大,精确度更高;直读光谱法分析过程简单,更适合炉前快速分析需要。At present,oxygen and nitrogen in steel are determined by direct reading spectrometry and melting method.The test principle,control sample analysis,sample preparation,gas use,timeliness,measurement range and accuracy of the two test methods were compared.It is found that the stability and accuracy of the two test methods are very good.The melting method is not suitable for real-time monitoring of the production process,but the detection range is larger and the accuracy is higher.Direct reading spectrometry is more suitable for quick analysis before furnace because of its simple process.
