摘　　要：目的:基于企业微信设计体检客户检后健康随访系统,以方便医护人员更加精准、高效地开展检后健康随访工作。方法:该系统采用浏览器/服务器(Browser/Server,B/S)架构,数据库采用MySQL 8.0。基于企业微信App和微信小程序建立前端系统,通过企业微信平台的应用程序接口(application programming interface,API)与后端系统集成,采用SpringBoot框架搭建Java后台。整个系统包括医护人员管理、客户管理、随访管理和健康问卷管理4个功能模块。结果:该系统优化了体检后的随访流程,提高了随访工作效率和质量,得到了医护人员及体检客户的一致好评。结论:该系统可为医护人员开展检后随访工作提供便捷的工具,增强体检客户参与健康管理的依从性。Objective To develop an enterprise WeChat-based health follow-up system for physical examinees to facilitate accurate and efficient post-examination health follow-up. Methods A health follow-up system for physical examinees was developed with B/S architecture, MySQL 8.0 database, enterprise WeChat App and WeChat Applet to establish the front-end system, application programming interface(API) of enterprise WeChat platform to integrate with the back-end system and SpringBoot framework to build Java background. The system developed was composed of four functional modules for medical staff management, customer management, follow-up management and health questionnaire management. Results The system developed optimized the follow-up process after physical examination, improved the efficiency and quality of health followup, and satisfied medical staffs and physical examinees. Conclusion The system facilitates medical staffs to carry out postexamination follow-up, and enhances the compliance of physical examinees to participate in health management.
