手术器械清洗工具存放消毒箱的设计

摘　　要：目的:设计一种手术器械清洗工具存放消毒箱,以实现清洗工具的统一存放及消毒。方法:手术器械清洗工具存放消毒箱主要由箱体、箱盖、底座、悬挂装置、驱动装置、紫外线消毒灯和烘干器组成。箱体采用304不锈钢材质制成;悬挂装置主要包括主动锥齿轮、从动锥齿轮、蜗轮、蜗杆和悬挂架等,主动锥齿轮上安装有紫外线消毒灯,每个与从动锥齿轮同轴连接的蜗杆啮合的蜗轮上安装1个悬挂架;驱动装置设置在底座的底部;底座上设有空气缓冲腔、烘干器、鼓风机等。采用三磷酸腺苷(adenosine triphosphate,ATP)监测使用该存放消毒箱前后手术器械清洗工具表面的RLU(相对荧光量)。结果:使用该存放消毒箱前手术器械清洗工具表面的RLU合格率为30%,明显低于使用后(93%)。结论:使用该存放消毒箱,手术器械清洗工具存放规范,拿取、消毒方便,利于清洗工具的管理,可减少清洗工具造成的交叉污染。Objective To design a box to store and disinfect the surgical instrument cleaning tools. Methods A storage and disinfection box for surgical instrument cleaning tools was developed composed of a box body, a cover, a base, a suspension mechanism, a driving mechanism, a UV disinfection lamp and a dryer. The box body was made of 304 stainless steel;the suspension mechanism consisted of an active bevel gear, driven bevel gears, worm gears, worms and suspension frames;the UV disinfection lamp was installed on the active bevel gear;each worm gear engaged with a worm was equipped with a suspension frame, and the worm was coaxially connected with the driven bevel gear;the driving mechanism was placed at the bottom of the base, and there was an air buffer chamber, a dryer and a blower. Adenosine triphosphate(ATP) was used to monitor the RLU(relative fluorescence unit) on the surface of surgical instrument cleaning tools before and after using this storage and disinfection box. Results The storage and disinfection box significantly enhanced the pass rate of RLU on the surface of surgical instrument cleaning tools from 30% to 93%. Conclusion The storage and disinfection box facilitates convenient pick-up and sterilization of surgical instrument cleaning tools, and decreases the cross infection due to the cleaning tools.
