摘　　要：以两套250Nm^(3)/h产富氧能力的真空变压吸附制氧装置实际运行情况为例,对运行中存在的分子筛跑料和粉化问题进行分析,针对各项原因进行操作调整和对设备结构进行改造,最终解决了分子筛吸附罐跑料及粉化现象。In this paper,two sets of 250Nm^(3)/h oxygen production capacity of vacuum pressure swing adsorption oxygen plant operation actual situation as an example.The problems of material run-off and pulverization of molecular sieve in operation were analyzed,operation adjustment and equipment structure modification were carried out according to the reasons.Finally,the phenomenon of material running and pulverizing in molecular sieve adsorption tank was solved.
