摘 要:南海东部部分气田属于异常高温高压气田,在钻采过程中产生的高温高压天然气容易造成套管及生产管柱发生轴向变形,从而导致采油树抬升,给生产带来极大的安全隐患。为此,现场只能通过降产的方式来达到控制井筒温度的目的,但单井产量也因此达不到设计要求,造成产量缺口。针对气井采油树抬升问题,通过研究天然气节流降温原理,建立井筒压力温度以及油嘴温降预测模型,结合现场实测数据,预测采油树抬升高度,设计井下油嘴,并在番禺X-1-A02H井成功安装使用,提高单井调峰能力15万m3。Some gas fields in the eastern South China Sea belong to abnormal high temperature and high pressure gas fields.The high temperature and high pressure natural gas generated during drilling and production can easily cause axial deformation of the casing and production string,resulting in the uplift of the Christmas tree,which brings great safety hazards to production.For this reason,the field can only achieve the purpose of controlling the wellbore temperature by reducing production,but the single well production also fails to meet the design requirements,resulting in a production gap.Aiming at the problem of the uplift of the Christmas tree in gas wells,by studying the principle of natural gas throttling and cooling,a prediction model of wellbore pressure temperature and nozzle temperature drop was established,combined with the field measured data,the height of the Christmas tree was predicted,and the downhole nozzle was designed.It was successfully installed and used,and the peak shaving capacity of a single well was increased by 150,000 cubic meters.
