摘 要:B-9井是部署在渤海湾生态保护区的一口预探井,需满足零排放要求,按常规尺寸井眼钻井,将带来大量的废弃钻井液,转运陆地及处理都需花费较高的费用,因此必须尽量缩小井眼尺寸,同时还需考虑测试时可获得足够的泄油面积,因此瘦身井+随钻扩眼组合方式,成为可实施的新方案。本井在14-5/8″和11-1/4″井眼进行了扩眼作业,扩眼后顺利完成后续下套管作业。该模式的成功实施为后期类似井提供了可借鉴的经验,同时对钻井提质、降本、增效有较大的参考价值。B-9 is a pre exploration well deployed in the Bohai Bay ecological protection zone,which needs to meet the requirements of zero discharge.Drilling a well with conventional size will bring a large amount of waste drilling fluid,which will cost a lot of money for land transportation and treatment.Therefore,the well size must be reduced as much as possible.At the same time,it is also necessary to consider that sufficient oil drainage area can be obtained during the test.Therefore,the combination of slimming borehole+reaming is adopted,Become a new scheme that can be implemented.The well was reamed in 14-5/8"and 11-1/4"borehole,and the subsequent casing operation was successfully completed after reaming.The successful implementation of this model provides reference experience for similar wells in the later stage,and has great reference value for drilling quality improvement,cost reduction and efficiency increase.
