摘 要:随着随钻声波技术的不断进步和完善,采用随钻声波工具的单极子发射器已经可以实现套管波的产生和捕捉,但是由于工具本体的钢性较强,通过工具本身的直达波在固井质量较好时会掩盖套管波的信号,所以采用传统的声幅方法不能满足定量评价的目的。为了解决这个问题,研究人员开发了声幅和声幅衰减相结合的评价方法,实现了基于随钻声波单极子信号的定量固井质量评价方法。该技术在渤海湾的大斜度井中取得了较多的应用,总结出刮管测井一体化、裸眼套管评价一体化等实践方法。本文通过系统的论述该方法的理论基础、工具结构和应用示例,展示了该技术在大斜度井和水平井的有效性和实用性。With the continuous progress and improvement of acoustic while drilling technology,the monopole transmitter using acoustic while drilling tool can realize the generation and capture of casing wave.However,due to the strong rigidity of the tool body,the direct wave through the tool itself will mask the signal of casing wave when the cementing quality is good,so the traditional acoustic amplitude method can not meet the purpose of quantitative evaluation.In order to solve this problem,the researchers developed an evaluation method combining sound amplitude and sound amplitude attenuation,and realized the quantitative cementing quality evaluation method based on acoustic monopole signal while drilling.This technology has been widely used in highly deviated wells in Bohai Bay,and has realized the integration of scraper logging and open hole casing evaluation.This paper systematically discusses the theoretical basis,tool structure and application examples of this method,and shows the effectiveness and practicability of this technical method in highly deviated wells and horizontal wells.
