水基固结堵漏浆在JLHW246井油基钻井液中的应用

摘　　要：在水基钻井液中加入多种交联剂、固结剂、加重剂或密度减轻剂形成的固结堵漏浆,用于钻井过程中堵漏施工,其堵漏浆密度、稠化时间与固结时间可以根据施工井要求进行调控,同时与油基钻井液有良好的兼容性。JLHW246井使用油基钻井液施工中发生严重漏失,桥塞堵漏未果,使用该水基固结堵漏浆堵漏成功。The consolidated plugging slurry formed by adding a variety of crosslinking agents,consolidation agents,weighting agents or density reducing agents into the water-based drilling fluid is used for plugging construction in the drilling process.The density,thickening time and consolidation time of the plugging slurry can be adjusted according to the requirements of the construction well,and has good compatibility with the oil-based drilling fluid.Serious leakage occurred during the construction of JLHW246 well with oil-based drilling fluid,and the bridge plug plugging was unsuccessful.The water-based consolidated plugging slurry was successfully used.
