摘 要:针对南海西部油田注水井井斜大、高温、储层非均质性强等特点,对电缆永置测调一体技术进行了适用性优化研究,设计了基于数字信号处理(DSP)的耐高温(150℃)的一体化智能配水器,可实现井下注水状态各参数的实时监控和测调。通过对智能分层注水控制方案优化,保证高精度的压力采集和精准的流量读取,实现了稳定的双通道计量和双向数据通信传输。该技术在涠洲油田X井取得了成功应用,实现了一趟作业同时监控和测调流量、压力和温度等数据,大幅度节约了测调时间,且可多挡位无极调节,满足油藏配注需求。In view of the west of the south China sea oil field injection well deviation is big,high temperature,strong reservoir heterogeneity characteristics,cable implanted adjustable integrated measurement method for the optimization study applicability,design based on digital signal processing(DSP)high-temperature(150℃),the integration of the intelligent water distributor,which can realize the underground state real time monitoring and measuring the parameters of water injection.Through the optimization of intelligent layered water injection control scheme,high precision pressure acquisition and accurate flow reading are guaranteed,and stable dual-channel metering and two-way data communication transmission are realized.The technology has been successfully applied in well X of Weizhou Oilfield,realizing the simultaneous monitoring and measurement of flow rate,pressure and temperature data in one operation,greatly saving the time of measurement and adjustment,and can meet the requirements of reservoir injection allocation by multi-shift stepless adjustment.
