救援井连通设计及作业关键技术浅析

摘  要:在石油天然气勘探、开发、生产等活动中,出现井喷失控且无法实施压井作业,而钻救援井以实现控制井喷的目的。目前我国实施的救援井数量较少,救援井作业经验几乎为空白。文章结合中海油“十三五”重点科研项目“救援井关键技术及实钻工程示范”项目在东沽救援井实钻试验的作业情况,对救援井连通设计和作业的关键技术进行梳理和分析。重点对救援井井位选定、井眼轨道设计、井眼位置不确定性、探测工具选择、连通作业等几项关键技术进行分析,为今后的救援井设计和作业提供一定的参考。In oil and gas exploration,development and production activities,blowout out of control and well pressing,while drilling relief well to achieve the purpose of the blowout control.At present,the number of relief wells implemented in China is small,and the operation experience is almost blank.A series of key technologies of the relief well are sorted out and analyzed by combining the formulation of the relief well plan and the research and test results of the Key Technology and Real-drilling Project Demonstration project of the key scientific research project of CNOOC 13th Five-Year Plan relief well.Focus on relief well location selection,well track design,well location uncertainty analysis,selection of detection tools,intersection operation and other key technologies,to provide some reference for the future design of relief well and operation.
