摘  要:在浅海油田实施注聚驱采油实施过程中,配制聚合物溶液粘度难以达到设计要求。经研究发现,胜利油田海上产出水中含有较多的二价硫离子,造成聚合物溶液粘度大幅下降。为解决海上平台空间和承重有限,采出水高含硫等问题,采用生化除硫、密闭隔氧配液等一系列技术,探索出适用于海上平台的采出水配聚、小型化设备、高效保粘注入的工艺模式,保证了浅海平台配聚溶液粘度稳定。In the process of polymer flooding in shallow sea oilfield,it’s difficult to meet the designed viscosity requirements on a platform to prepare polymer solution.It’s found that there are more divalent sulfur ions in the offshore produced water of Shengli Oilfield,resulting in a sharp drop in the viscosity of polymer solution.In order to solve the problems of limited space and bearing capacity of offshore platforms and high sulfur content of produced water,a series of technologies such as biochemical sulfur removal,closed oxygen separation and liquid preparation were adopted to explore the process mode of produced water polymerization,miniaturization equipment and high-efficiency viscosity maintaining injection suitable for offshore platforms,ensuring the stability of viscosity of polymer solution on offshore platforms.
