摘  要:为制备纳米尺度的柔性二氧化硅-磷酸钙(SiO_(2)-Ca_(3)(PO_(4))_(2))陶瓷纤维薄膜,以聚乙烯醇作为聚合物模版,调节正硅酸乙酯和去离子水摩尔比以及纺丝电压和速率等参数,制得直径约700 nm的PVA-SiO_(2)-Ca_(3)(PO_(4))_(2)纳米陶瓷纤维薄膜前驱体.经600℃~1000℃高温煅烧,在800℃下可获得直径约为100nm的SiO_(2)-Ca_(3)(PO_(4))_(2)陶瓷纤维.在1200℃下,陶瓷纤维薄膜前驱体断裂并团聚,生成了方石英晶体.所制备纳米纤维薄膜,弯曲刚度为30 m N.The PVA-SiO_(2)-Ca_(3)(PO_(4))_(2)ceramic nanofiber film precursor with a diameter of about 700nm was prepared by adjusting the molar ratio of tetraethoxysilane to deionized water,spinning voltage and speed and other parameters for the nano-scale flexible SiO_(2)-Ca_(3)(PO_(4))_(2)ceramic fiber film.SiO_(2)-Ca_(3)(PO_(4))_(2)ceramic fiber with a diameter of about 100 nm was obtained at 800℃after the precursor was calcined at 600℃~1000℃.At 1200℃,the precursor of ceramic fiber film broke and agglomerated,resulting in cristobalite crystallite.The prepared nanofiber film had a bending stiffness of 30 m N.
