摘　　要：工随着信用卡业务的客户端向大学生群体延展,大学生信用卡的用卡安全及风险管理问题引发我们关注。虽然监管层对于大学生信用卡业务秉持“审慎”原则,大学生信用卡业务在申办和使用环节的风险依然不容忽视。本项目组对嘉兴地区大学生的信用卡知识、用卡习惯、银行的发卡流程、风控措施等开展了问卷调查,发现了银行在风险控制过程中存在的若干问题,探索其成因,并在此基础上提出对策建议。With the extension of the client of credit card business to college students,the security and risk management of college students'credit cards have aroused our concern.Although the supervisory layer holds the principle of"prudence"for the college student credit card business,the risk of the college student credit card business in the application and use process still cannot be ignored.The project team conducted a questionnaire survey on college students'credit card knowledge,card usage habits,bank card issuing process and risk control measures in Jiaxing area,and found some problems existing in the risk control process of banks.We explored their causes and put forward countermeasures and suggestions.
