摘  要:我国有几十家煤矿坑口电厂用来消化采煤剥离、洗选过程中产生的大量煤矸石、中煤和煤泥等含有一定热值的物料,可以变废为宝并解决资源堆积占地、污染和浪费问题。这些低热值煤燃煤电厂,由于矸石中存在大量难破碎的白矸,输煤系统工艺设计中未设置保护筛,使大量超标粒径物料进入锅炉炉床,锅炉运行非常不稳定,甚至“非停”。麟北某电厂通过在可逆锤式破碎机下增设交叉筛作为保护筛的实际运行实践,成功解决了超标入炉煤粒径问题,其改造可以给目前深受超标粒径困扰的类似工况低热值燃煤电厂以技改示范案例和启发。There are dozens of coal mine pithead power plants in my country,which are used to digest a large amount of coal gangue,medium coal and coal slime and other materials with a certain calorific value generated in the process of coal mining stripping and washing,turn waste into treasure,and solve the problem of resource accumulation.land,pollution and waste.In these low calorific value coal-fired power plants,due to the existence of a large number of hard-to-break white gangue in the gangue,there is no protective screen in the process design of the coal conveying system,so that a large number of materials exceeding the standard particle size enter the boiler hearth,the boiler operation is very unstable,and even"non-standard stop".A power plant in Linbei successfully solved the problem of coal particle size exceeding the standard by adding a cross screen as a protective screen under the reversible hammer crusher.Demonstration case and inspiration for a technical transformation of a coal-fired power plant.
