摘 要:结合理论实践,立足传统高压隔离开关检修清洗中存在的弊端,分析了超声波清洗的原理和优势,并提出了超声波清洗在高压隔离开关检修中的应用要点。分析结果表明,清洗是高压隔离开关检修的核心环节,清洗效果直接关系到高压隔离开关检修的效率和质量,超声波清洗是一种先进的清洗方式,既能对各部件进行全面、有效的清洗,且不会对部件自身造成影响,可大幅度提升高压隔离开关检修的效率和质量,值得大范围推广应用。In order to discuss the key points of ultrasonic cleaning in the maintenance of high voltage isolating switch,combining the theory and practice,based on the disadvantages of the traditional maintenance and cleaning of high voltage isolating switch,the principle and advantages of ultrasonic cleaning were analyzed,and the key points of application of ultrasonic cleaning in the maintenance of high voltage isolating switch were proposed.Analysis results show that the cleaning is the key link in high voltage isolating switch maintenance,cleaning effect is directly related to high voltage isolating switch maintenance efficiency and quality of ultrasonic cleaning is an advanced way of cleaning,can a comprehensive and effective cleaning of parts,and will not affect components themselves,can greatly enhance efficiency and quality of high pressure isolating switch maintenance,It is worthy of widespread application.
