摘  要:作为火力发电厂热力系统中非常关键的辅机设备——高压加热器,在停运后保养不当会造成换热管金属腐蚀,最终会造成其在日常运行过程发生不同程度的泄漏故障。在火电厂持续深度调峰的环境下,深入分析总结高压加热器停运保养措施,找到更有效果的保养方法具有非常重要的意义。文章通过对高压加热器停运后不同保养方式的对比分析与探讨,提出优化后的高压加热器停运保养方式,为高压加热器的停运保养工作提供参考。As a key auxiliary equipment in the thermal system of thermal power plant,improper maintenance after shutdown will cause metal corrosion of heat exchange pipe,and eventually cause different degrees of leakage failure in the daily operation process.In the environment of continuous deep peak regulation in thermal power plants,it is of great significance to deeply analyze and summarize the shutdown maintenance measures of high pressure heaters and find more effective maintenance methods.Through the comparative analysis and discussion of different maintenance methods of high pressure heater,the optimized maintenance mode of high pressure heater is proposed to provide reference for the maintenance of high pressure heater.
