摘  要:军事装备的完好性对部队战斗力生成具有重大意义,及时准确的维修器材保障对恢复和保持装备完好性非常重要。随着军事训练实战化的加强和军事装备向现代化智能化的发展,军事装备对维修器材的精确化保障提出了更高要求。数字孪生技术作为一种新兴技术,可以为维修器材“精确保障”提供有效的方法,解决目前维修器材保障面临的预测能力弱、针对性不强、效益不高等问题。将数字孪生技术应用于维修器材保障,可以更好地实现对装备维修器材的及时准确供应,减少装备待修时间,降低器材无效库存,从而降低整体保障成本,提高装备保障效益。本文分析了数字孪生技术及其在装备保障领域的研究现状,运用SWOT分析方法,对数字孪生应用于维修器材保障的优势、劣势、机遇和威胁进行分析,论证了数字孪生技术应用的必要性和有效性,同时提出技术研究与应用的相关对策建议,以期为加强相关研究的针对性、有效性提供思路。Equipment integrity is critical for combat effectiveness,and timely and precise Maintenance Material Support(MMS)is crucial for the restoration and maintenance of equipment integrity.The increasing realism of military training exercises and modernization of military equipment have imposed stringent demands on the precision of MMS for military equipment,which has revealed a growing number of shortfalls in current MMS protocols.Digital twin technology is an emerging technology that could make“precise MMS”possible and solve such issues as the lack of predictive capabilities,selectivity,and efficiency in current MMS protocols.The use of Digital twin technology in MMS can facilitate timely maintenance and resupply,reduce maintenance waiting time,and minimize the accumulation of expired materials,thus reducing MMS costs and maximizing its benefits for equipment support.In this paper,the current state of Digital twin technology and of its application in equipment support is analyzed,and the Strengths,Weakness,Opportunities,and Threats(SWOT)framework is used to investigate the use of Digital twin in MMS to evaluate the necessity and effectiveness of Digital twin technology.Several suggestions related to the study and application of this technology are made according to the findings of these analyses.The goal is to improve the efficiency and selectivity of subsequent studies in this area and facilitate the use of Digital twin technology in MMS tasks.
