摘 要:战备器材是军队作战和遂行其他任务的重要支撑,是形成战时装备保障能力的物质基础。但当前战备器材储备工作中依然存在供应商选择不够合理、器材需求逐级放大等由信息不对称、不共享造成的储备问题,严重影响了战备器材的储备性能。考虑到区块链技术在保障军事数据安全性方面逐步显现其优越性,为最大限度消除战备器材储备弊端,提升装备保障整体效益,利用联盟区块链具备的不可篡改性、隐私性、身份可验证性等数据优势,搭建了以联盟链为依托的战备器材储备信息记录、流动与运行的基本框架与共享体系;构建了战备器材采购管理在联盟链中的信息传递记账全过程实现模式,为实现战备器材的科学高效管理提供信息保障。Materials of war preparation are essential to support military operations and other tasks,and are the basis for the formation of wartime equipment support capability.However,the reserve work of materials for war preparation still has some problems caused by information asymmetry and non-sharing,such as unreasonable supplier selection and materials demand amplification which affect the performance of equipment reserve.By using the alliance chain under its immutability,privacy,and identity-verifiable advantage,this paper provides a framework to record information on materials of war preparation considering the advantages of blockchain used in the military data protection domain,which reduces the drawbacks of the reserves to a significantly and enhances the overall efficiency of equipment support.And it build a whole process of information delivery charge of realization mode of materials purchasing management on the alliance chain.It provides robust information security to achieve the scientific and efficient management of army materials for war preparation.
