摘　　要：【目的】探讨东海北部不同年份的秋季雌性剑尖枪乌贼个体的胴长体质量组成、关系和性腺发育的情况。【方法】根据2019-2021年采集的秋季剑尖枪乌贼雌性样本,通过基础生物学测定初步分析其繁殖生物学特性。【结果与结论】雌性剑尖枪乌贼样本的胴长和体质量分别为51~242 mm和17~456 g,2019年和2020年的胴长和体质量无明显差异(P> 0.05),但与2021年差异极显著(P <0.01)。3 a雌性样本的体质量-胴长关系均差异显著(P <0.05)。采集样本中未发现性腺成熟度为Ⅴ期的个体,其中未成熟个体和成熟个体分别占3 a雌性样本总数的58.38%和41.62%。采集雌性样本的性腺指数范围为0.001 1~0.656 7,缠卵腺指数范围为0.050 0~0.692 3,性腺指数和缠卵腺指数并不都是随着个体的生长发育逐渐增大。【Objective】To investigate the mantle length and body mass composition, relationship and gonadal development of female Uroteuthis edulis in autumn in different years in the northern East China Sea.【Method】The reproductive biological characteristics were preliminarily analyzed by basic biology determination based on the female U. edulis samples collected in autumn from 2019 to 2021.【Result and Conclusion】The results showed that the mantle length and body mass of female U. edulis ranged from 51 to 242 mm and 17 to 456 g, Univariate ANOVA test showed that there were no significant differences in mantle length and body mass between 2019 and 2020(P > 0.05), but the differences were very significant between 2019 and 2021(P < 0.01). Through the covariance test, it was found that the relationship between body mass and mantle length of three-year female samples was significantly different(P < 0.05). No individuals with gonad maturity stage ⅴ were found in the samples, and immature individuals and mature individuals accounted for 58.38% and 41.62% of the total female samples respectively. The gonadosomatic index of female samples ranged from 0.001 1 to0.656 7, and the nidamental gland index ranged from 0.050 0 to 0.692 3, gonadosomatic index and nidamental gland index do not increase gradually with individual growth and development.
