康复科PICC留置患者常见并发症的原因分析及对策

摘　　要：目的 探讨康复科PICC留置患者中常见的并发症以及相关护理对策。方法 选择2018年1月至2020年12月在我院康复科住院的PICC留置患者85例,观察和记录换药过程中并发症的发生情况,分析发生原因并给予相应的护理。结果 并发症主要有穿刺点出血、穿刺点感染、机械性静脉炎、导管堵塞,通过对PICC并发症进行预防性干预,可防止并发症的发生。结论 PICC导管使用寿命的长短与护理人员对导管的维护、严格无菌技术管理规范操作有密切的联系,出现并发症后及时、有效地处理对PICC的使用寿命尤其重要。Objective To explore the common complications and nursing countermeasures in patients with PICC indwelling in rehabilitation department.Methods From January 2018 to December 2020,85 patients with PICC in placement in rehabilitation department of Xiaotangshan hospital were selected to observe and record the occurrence of complications during dressing change,analyze the causes and give corresponding nursing care.Results The main complications are puncture point bleeding、puncture point infection,phlebitis,catheter obstruction.Through to the PICC complications preventive intervention,can prevent the occurrence of complications.Conclusion The length of the tube service life and the nursing staff to maintain the catheter,strict aseptic technique management,standard operation are closely linked,complications after timely and effectively handle is especially important for the service life of the catheter.
