摘　　要：随着我国人口老龄化加剧,膝骨性关节炎患者数量进入快速增长时期。康复支具作为辅助治疗的重要手段,在康复治疗上得到了广泛应用,并在临床通过联合多种治疗方法起到了改善患者功能、提高患者生活质量的作用。目前还缺乏对康复支具临床效果的系统研究,因此本文对当前膝关节康复支具的生物力学效应、应用、治疗膝骨性关节炎患者的疗效观察等方面进行归纳,总结了当前利用支具治疗膝骨性关节炎的方法,为使用支具的膝骨性关节炎患者制定康复方案,提供了理论研究上的支持,以期望延缓膝骨性关节炎患者的病程进展,提高患者的生活质量。With the speeding tendency of aging population,the number of patients with osteoarthritis of the knee has entered a period of rapid growth.As an important means of adjuvant therapy,rehabilitation brace has been widely used in rehabilitation treatment,and by combining various therapeutic methods in clinical practice,it has eventually played a role in improving the function and quality of life of patients.However,there is a lack of systematic research on the clinical effects of rehabilitation braces.Therefore,this paper summarizes the current biomechanical effects of knee rehabilitation braces,their application,and the observation of the efficacy of treating patients with knee osteoarthritis,summarizes the current methods of using braces to treat knee osteoarthritis,and provides theoretical research support for the development of rehabilitation programs for patients with knee osteoarthritis using braces,in the hope of delaying It provides theoretical support for the development of rehabilitation programs for patients with osteoarthritis of the knee using braces in the hope of slowing down the progression of the disease and improving the quality of life of patients with osteoarthritis of the knee.
