摘　　要：居家养老是我国目前和未来养老模式的主流,也是大多数老年人最乐意接受的养老方式。社区是我国实现居家养老的重要场所,在城市也更受老年人的欢迎。社区居家养老是当前最符合我国国情的一种养老方式,它是发展养老服务的重中之重,但也存在诸多难题。本文从需求视角出发,梳理了城市老年人居家养老服务在日常生活服务、医疗护理服务和精神慰藉服务三个方面的需求现状,同时从个人和社会层面分析了在实施养老服务过程中存在供需错位等问题并提出相应的建议,为解决社会养老的问题提供借鉴和参考。Home care is the mainstream of China's current and future pension model,and is also the most willing way for most elderly.Community is an important place for home care in China,and it is also more popular with the elderly in cities.Community home care is the most in line with China's national conditions at present.It is the top priority in the development of elderly care services,but there are also many problems.This paper from the perspective of demand,combing the urban elderly home endowment service in daily life service,medical care service and spiritual comfort service to meet the present situation,from the personal and social level in the implementation of supply and demand dislocation.Putting forward corresponding Suggestions to provide reference and reference to solve the problem of social pension.
