飞机副油箱传感器安装座加工用机床的数控系统设计

摘　　要：在飞机副油箱上安装有很多传感器,这些传感器与副油箱的连接处为立体相贯面,加工起来比较困难。针对传感器安装座的批量加工,对一台老旧的CD6140A普通车床进行了数控化再制造,基于AT89S52微控制器搭建了一台数控系统。扩展了存储器、输入/输出接口、键盘-显示接口、数-模转换接口,以及编码器信号四倍频接口等。分析了相贯面的成形机理,研发了传感器安装座的专用软件。加工实践表明,再制造后的数控车床和数控系统伺服性能好,准确性、快速性、稳定性完全满足传感器安装座的加工图样要求,相贯面的形状精度和表面质量均满足安装要求。There are many sensors installed on the aircraft auxiliary fuel tank.The connection between the sensor and the auxiliary fuel tank is a three-dimensional intersecting surface,which is difficult to process.Aiming at the batch processing of the sensor mounting bases,an old CD6140A universal lathe is numerically remanufactured,and a numerical control system is built based on AT89S52 microcontroller.Memory,input/output interface,keyboard and display interface,digital to analog conversion interface and encoder signal quadrupling interface are expanded.The forming mechanism of the intersecting surface is analyzed,and the special software of the sensor mounting base is developed.The machining practice shows that the remanufactured CNC lathe and CNC system have good servo performances,its accuracy,rapidity and stability fully meet the machining drawing requirements of the sensor mounting base,and the shape accuracy and surface quality of the intersecting surface meet the installation requirements.
