摘 要:为了解决飞机登机门在柔性工装装配过程中吸盘的真空压力造成装配误差的问题,运用Abaqus软件分析了登机门仅在自身重力和不同吸盘吸附力下的变形情况,在满足飞机装配误差的要求下,使登机门在装配过程中变形量更小,减少了钻孔和铆接对飞机装配产生的误差,降低了飞机装配的累计误差,并指出登机门在柔性工装装配时,真空压力为432k Pa时能保证飞机装配时的定位、夹紧精度。In order to solve the problem of assembly error caused by vacuum pressure of sucker in the assembly process of flexible tooling for aircraft boarding gate,Abaqus software is used to study the deformation of the boarding gate only under its own gravity and different suction and lifting forces of the sucker.Under the requirements of aircraft assembly error,the deformation of the boarding gate is smaller during the assembly process.The error caused by drilling and riveting on aircraft assembly is reduced and the cumulative error of aircraft assembly is also reduced.This paper points out that the vacuum pressure of the boarding gate during the assembly of the flexible tooling is 432 kPa,which can ensure the positioning and tightening precision of the aircraft during the assembly.
