摘  要:为准确地监测工业管道中波纹补偿器的故障情况,改善传统人工监测方式的弊端,设计了一种基于图像处理的波纹补偿器故障监测系统。该系统利用温度传感器、压力传感器、工业CCD相机对其相关信号进行采集,通过MATLAB平台对所获得图像信息进行处理,实时计算出此刻波纹补偿器整体轴向尺寸以及相邻波纹间的轴向尺寸,然后将所测得的温度、压力以及各轴向尺寸数据存储并在用户界面显示。实验结果表明,所设计的故障监测系统能够最大程度地实现对波纹补偿器的安全监测,对于保证波纹补偿器平稳工作、维护生产全具有重要意义。In order to accurately monitor the fault of corrugated compensator in industrial pipeline and improve the disadvantages of traditional manual monitoring methods,a ripple compensator fault monitoring system based on image processing is designed.In this system,the temperature sensor,pressure sensor and industrial CCD camera are used to collect the related signals,and the obtained image information is processed through MATLAB platform,and the whole axial dimension of ripple compensator and the axial dimension between adjacent ripples are calculated in real time,and then the measured temperature,pressure and axial dimension data are stored and displayed in the user interface.The experimental results show that the designed fault monitoring system can realize the safety monitoring of ripple compensator to the greatest extent,which is of great significance for ensuring the smooth operation of ripple compensator and maintaining production.
