摘　　要：石油钻机井架和底座是钻机的两个重要组成部分,是钻机钢材用量的主要所在,其质量和钢材用量约占到整套钻机质量和钢材用量的30%左右。使用较高强度的高强钢有助于实现结构的轻量化,但片面追求结构用钢强度高易产生新的问题。文中对石油钻机井架底座结构用钢的特点、技术要求进行了分析,并提出了石油钻机井架底座结构用钢需考虑结构刚度和稳定性、钢材屈强比、制造工艺性及市场因素等问题和建议。The oil rig derrick and substructure are two important parts of the rig,which are the main parts of the steel consumption of the rig.Its weight and steel consumption account for about 30% of the total rig weight and steel consumption.The use of high-strength steel with higher strength is helpful to realize the lightweight of the structure.However,excessive pursuit of high strength of structural steel is prone to new problems.This paper analyzes the characteristics and technical requirements of the structural steel used in the base structure of the oil rig,and puts forward the questions and suggestions on the rigidity and stability of the steel structure of the base structure of the oil rig,steel yield ratio,manufacturing technology and market factors.
