摘　　要：针对现有复合门木质龙骨贴码难、易贴错且贴码效率低等问题,基于PLC控制算法设计了一款针对复合门龙骨物料的自动化贴码设备。首先对自动化贴码设备的执行机构进行原理分析与参数设计以满足生产要求,然后对控制系统进行了整体设计,包括PLC选型、I/O地址分配及PLC控制系统梯形图编写,最后进行了设备贴码测试。结果表明:条码的位置和贴码动作符合正常使用的要求,有效地提高了批量生产的效率。In view of the problems that paste difficultly,easy mislabeled and low efficiency in the process of paste the labeling machine for the wood composite door keels,an automatic labeling machine for composite door keel materials is designed based on the PLC control algorithm.In order to meet the production requirements,the principle of the actuator of the automatic labeling equipment is analyzed and the equipment parameters are designed,and then the overall control system is studied which including PLC selection,I/O address allocation,and PLC control system ladder program,and finally the device labeling test is performed.The results show that the position of the barcode and the labeling action meet the requirements of normal use,which effectively improves the efficiency of mass production.
