摘  要:针对船用中速柴油机管系的形状直径各异、体型复杂、曲率多样、检测困难等问题,提出基于三维激光扫描技术对管件进行检测的方法。首先,利用三维激光扫描设备获得扫描模型的点云数据信息;然后,将扫描模型与理论的设计模型进行最佳拟合处理;最后,通过比对评估扫描模型与理论模型间的误差,来判定管件的产品质量。检测结果表明,三维激光扫描技术能够得到精确的检测尺寸结果,计算数据准确,与三坐标测量机的检测结果相稳合;但检测效率明显优于三坐标测量机,验证了基于三维激光扫描技术的船用中速柴油机管系检测方法的有效性。In order to solve the p roblems of different shapes and diameters,complex shapes and curvatures of marine medium speed diesel engine pipe systems,a detection method based on 3D laser scanning technology is proposed.Firstly,the point cloud data of the scanning model is obtained by using 3D laser scanning equipment.Then,the scanning model is fitted with the theoretical design model.Finally,the product quality of pipe fittings is judged by comparing and evaluating the error between the scanning model and the theoretical model.The detection results show that 3D laser scanning technology can obtain accurate measurement results,accurate calculation data,and stable box with coordinate measuring machine(CMM)detection results;but the detection efficiency is obviously better than CMM,which verifies the effectiveness of marine medium speed diesel engine pipe systems detection method based on 3D laser scanning technology.
