一种旋转机械振动数据采集及分析预处理方法

摘　　要：针对旋转机械振动数据采集以及分析预处理问题,给出了一种基于LabVIEW的数据采集以及分析预处理方法,该方法利用NI CompactRIO设备构建硬件环境,利用LabVIEW实现数据采集与数据分析预处理,能够实现旋转机械设备振动数据的采集与数据分析的预处理,并通过TCP/IP通信为振动分析与故障诊断系统提供振动分析所需数据。最后通过仿真实验验证了该方法的可行性和有效性。Aiming at vibration data acquisition and pre-process for analysis problem of rotating machinery equipment,a kind of implementation method of data acquisition and pre-process for analysis based on LabVIEW is presented,The system uses NI CompactRIO to build hardware environment,and uses LabVIEW to develop the data acquisition and preprocess for analysis software,and can implement the data acquisition and pre-process for data analysis of rotating machinery,and supply the required data for vibration analysis and fault diagnose system by TCP/IP.Finally,the feasibility and effectiveness are verified by the practical simulation test.
