摘　　要：研制了一种JC-70DBZ型直驱绞车,该绞车采用2台1000 kW交流变频电动机直接驱动滚筒轴,电动机安装在滚筒轴两侧。绞车主刹车为液压盘刹,采用全常闭钳型式,液压站安装在绞车底座上,辅助刹车为主电动机能耗制动。绞车采用集成设计模式,通过绞车控制箱将绞车相关控制信号、仪表信号通过通信传输给电控系统。直驱绞车满足油田作业要求,结构简单、尺寸小、质量轻、维护方便、可靠性高。A JC-70DBZ direct drive drawworks is driven by two 1000 kW AC frequency motors.The motors are installed on both sides of the drum shaft.The main brake of drawworks adopts hydraulic disc brake,which adopts the full normal closed clamp type.Hydraulic station is installed on the base of drawworks,and the auxiliary brake is the energy consumption braking of the main motor.Drawworks adopts integrated design mode,through the control box will be related control signals,instrument signals through communication transmission to VFD.The direct drive drawworks meets the requirements of oilfield operation,with simple structure,small size,light weight,convenient maintenance and high reliability.
