摘 要:节流活门是某型机飞机转弯和减摆的重要部件,在节流活门的排气孔内有油液流出现象。从节流活门结构和工作原理分析,当节流活门在工作过程中有油液从排气孔流出,可能为内部密封渗漏故障,也可能为外部盲腔残留。通过对排气孔渗油故障树分析,装配缺陷是造成外场节流活门渗油故障的主要原因。针对排气孔漏油故障,采用优化装配工艺流程,控制配合尺寸过盈量至0.025~0.035 mm,可彻底解决节流活门排气孔渗油故障。文中分析故障的方法,同样可用于其他零部件失效分析。Throttle valve is an important part for turning and damping of a certain aircraft.Based on the analysis of the throttle valve structure and working principle,when the throttle valve has oil flowing out of the exhaust hole in the working process,it may be the internal seal leakage fault or the external blind cavity residual.Through the analysis of the exhaust hole oil leakage fault tree,it is found that the assembly defect is the main cause of the external field throttle valve oil leakage fault.In view of the leakage of oil from the vent hole,the leakage of oil from the vent hole of the throttle valve can be completely solved by optimizing the assembly process and controlling the fit size to 0.025~0.035 mm interference.The method of fault analysis in this paper can also be used for failure analysis of other parts.
