摘  要:锥主轴曲面孔系属于不规则曲面上的非径向孔,文中根据零件的技术要求开展了难点分析,基于零件和机床附件的几何模型,在CAM环境下实现数控机床五轴联动的数控编程,通过虚拟加工实现程序的自检及机床附件碰撞检查,并完成优化刀具路径,最终实现孔系的高效加工。The hole system of the tapered spindle surface belongs to the non-radial hole on the irregular surface.According to the technical requirements of the part,this paper analyzes the difficulties.Based on the geometric models of parts and machine accessories,the NC programming of the five-axis linkage of the CNC machine tool is realized in the CAM environment.Through virtual machining,the self-check of the program and the collision check of the machine tool accessories are realized,and the optimized tool path is completed.Finally,the efficient machining of the hole system is realized.
