摘 要:以丙烷气体为燃料的钢水包烤包器为研究对象,通过调节送风量及燃气流量来获得最大的燃烧比,结果表明,随着供气流量的增加,温度上升快,但燃气的利用率降低,热损耗加大;而增大送风电动机的功率,一方面增大了燃气的利用率,节约了能源,但送风电动机功率过大会造成空气流通快,热损耗增大,也消耗了不必要的电能。通过燃气热值仪输出值得出最佳的空燃比为25:1,即消耗1体积的丙烷需要25体积的空气。文中在烤包过程的每个阶段取合适的燃气流量及适当的风机功率,使它在运行过程中实现空燃比为25:1,使丙烷气体能够充分燃烧,完全释放出热能。确定好烤包过程每个阶段的参数作为烤包器控制系统PLC的参数,达到理想的烤包效果。The steel ladle pre-heater with propane gas as the fuel is used as the research object,and the maximum combustion ratio is obtained by adjusting the air supply and gas flow.The results show that with the increase of gas supply flow,the temperature rises rapidly,but the utilization rate of gas decreases,and the heat loss increases.Increasing the power of the blower motor increases the utilization rate of gas and saves energy.However,if the power of the blower motor is too large,the air circulation will be fast,the heat loss will increase,and unnecessary electricity will be consumed.The optimal air-fuel ratio of 25:1 is obtained through the output value of the gas calorific value meter,that is,the volume of air required to consume 1 volume of propane is 25 volumes.This paper takes proper gas flow rate and proper fan power at each stage of the ladle pre-heating process,so that it can achieve a 25:1 air-fuel ratio during operation.At this numerical ratio,the propane gas can be fully burned and the heat energy is completely released.The parameters of each stage of the ladle pre-heating process are determined as the parameters of the PLC of the ladle pre-heater control system to achieve the ideal ladle pre-heating effect.
