摘　　要：目的:调查浙江省公立医院ICU医用高值耗材管理现状,为规范公立医院ICU医用高值耗材管理提供参考。方法:采用方便抽样法,于2021年10月-11月抽取浙江省10个市36家公立医院的ICU护士作为调查对象,自行设计调查问卷,以问卷星的形式进行调查。结果:调查结果显示,50.0%的医院由护士长管理ICU医用高值耗材;83.3%的医院进行人工清点管理;仅52.8%的医院实施部分信息化管理;36家医院ICU医用高值耗材均存在不同程度的耗损和紧急补货情况。结论:各医院的ICU高值耗材管理组织不健全,信息化管理不完善,需要采取一定措施加强管理。Objective:To investigate the status of high-value medical consumables management in ICUs of public hospitals in Zhejiang province to provide reference for the standard management in public hospitals.Methods:Convenient sampling method was used to recruit nurses working in ICUs of 36 public hospitals in Zhejiang from October to November in 2021.Subjects were surveyed with a self-designed questionnaire.Results:The survey results show that the high-value consumables in 50%of hospitals are managed by the head nurse of ICUs.Only 52.8%of hospitals have partly adopted information management,83.3%of hospitals still use manual inventory system.All of the hospitals surveyed have different degrees of expired and urgent replenishment of high-value consumables.Conclusion:The management of high-value consumables in ICUs surveyed still needs further improvement as well as the information management,which calls for certain measures to make a difference in the future.
