摘 要:目的调查新形势下医学研究生培养中出现的问题,并逐一分析可能的原因及应对策略,为医学研究生教育提供有益参考。方法抽取首都医科大学某三级医院2019至2021级共120名临床医学及相关专业的硕士和博士研究生进行匿名问卷调查。在学业、规范化培养(简称规培)、人际交往、职业规划等四个维度下设置17个具体条目,并采用李克特计分法设计调查问卷。结果分析发现四个维度下17个条目得分的平均值在1.77〜3.82分。学业维度显示新形势下对博士课题的影响大于硕士研究生[(3.13±0.68)分比(2.73±0.65)分,P=0.005]。规培维度上低年级硕士与应届硕士毕业生对规培的期望存在差异。人际交往维度结果显示应届硕士与导师的沟通优于低年级硕士[(3.27±0.65)分比(2.95±0.63)分,P=0.013]。职业规划维度结果显示硕士研究生愿意继续做一名医师的意愿强于博士研究生[(4.05±0.97)分比(3.71±0.73)分,P=0.037]。结论新形势下,硕士和博士、硕士低年级和应届硕士毕业生之间对部分问题的看法存在明显的差异,应该针对性地提出解决办法。Objective To investigate the problems in the training of medical postgraduates under the epidemic situation in COVID-19,and analyze the possible causes and coping strategies one by one,so as to provide a useful reference for medical postgraduate education.Methods A total of 120 master's and doctoral students in clinical medicine and related majors from 2019 to 2021 from a tertiary hospital affiliated with Capital Medical University were selected for an anonymous questionnaire survey.Seventeen specific items were set up in four dimensions,including academic study,standardized training(or standard training),interpersonal communication,and career planning,and the questionnaire was designed by using the Likert scoring method.Results The analysis found that the average score of 17 items in the four dimensions ranged from 1.77 to 3.82.From the academic dimension,the impact of the epidemic on the doctoral project was greater than that of master students[(3.13±0.68)vs(2.73±0.65)points,P=0.005].There is a difference between the expectations of junior masters and fresh master's graduates on the dimension of regulation and training.The results of the dimension of international communication showed that the communication between master students and tutors was better than that of junior master students[(3.27±0.65)vs(2.95±0.63)points,P=0.013].In terms of career planning,the willingness of postgraduate students to continue to be a doctor was stronger than that of PhD students[(4.05±0.97)vs(3.71±0.73)points,P=0.037].Conclusion Under the situation of COVID-19,there are obvious differences on some issues between master's and doctor's degrees,and between junior and new master's degree graduates,which should be addressed in a targeted way.
