摘　　要：本文在立足于当代社会背景的基础上,分析了丧偶儿媳、女婿取得继承权应尽的主要赡养义务范围标准问题,并分别在赡养时间,程度标准,精神赡养方面加以论述。Based on the contemporary social background,this paper analyzes the standard scope of the main support obligation for widowed daughter-in-law and son-in-law to obtain the right of inheritance,and discusses the time,degree standard and spiritual support respectively.
