摘　　要：新时代社会许多领域产生深刻变革,健康中国战略加速发展。习总书记强调构建强大的公共卫生体系,把大健康理念摆在更加突出的位置。大学生心理健康教育大学生思想政治教育工作的热点工作之一,新时代,高校大学生身心健康发展受到了前所未有的波动及影响,传统的心理健康教育途径存在一定的局限和滞后特点,森林康养是当前大健康教育发展下的新模式,探索森林康养途径,结合康养基地,丰富心理健康教育内容和方式,创新心理健康教育机制,以期为新时代下大学生心理健康教育工作提供参考。Profound changes have taken place in many areas of society in the new era,and the healthy China strategy has accelerated.Xi stressed building a strong public health system and giving greater prominence to the concept of big health.College students’ mental health education of college students’ ideological and political education work is one of the hot work,a new era,college students physical and mental health development has received the unprecedented volatility and its influence,the traditional way of mental health education has certain limitations and the hysteresis characteristics,forest health raise is the current health education development under the new mode,explore the forest,raising way,combined with kang raising base,We should enrich the contents and ways of mental health education and innovate the mechanism of mental health education,so as to provide reference for college students’ mental health education in the new era.
