数字经济时代促进纺织外贸方式创新研究

摘　　要：外贸方式创新是纺织行业应对国际贸易保护、促进纺织外贸高质量发展的重要抓手,数字经济的兴起为纺织外贸方式创新提供了动力。采用规范演绎分析方法,剖析数字经济时代促进纺织外贸方式创新面临的诸多困难及障碍,主要为在数字生态体系、海外仓建设、离岸贸易试验区机制、无纸贸易运行、贸易保护及贸易摩擦等方面,对纺织外贸方式创新造成较大影响。鉴于此,必须通过完善外贸政策协调、实施行业智能制造、拓展跨境电商渠道、实施数字营销创新,实现纺织外贸数字化转型升级。Innovation of foreign trade mode is an important way for the textile industry to cope with international trade protection and promote high-quality development of textile foreign trade. The rise of digital economy provides impetus for innovation of foreign trade mode of textile. Using normative deductive analysis method, this paper analyzes many difficulties and obstacles in promoting the innovation of textile foreign trade mode in digital economy era. Digital ecological system,overseas warehouse construction, offshore trade pilot zone mechanism, paperless trade operation, trade protection and trade friction and other aspects have great influence on the innovation of textile foreign trade mode. It is necessary to realize digital transformation and upgrading of textile foreign trade by improving foreign trade policy coordination, implementing industrial intelligent manufacturing, expanding cross-border e-commerce channels and implementing digital marketing innovation.
