摘　　要：目的探讨开封地区2016~2020年男男性行为者(MSM)HIV核酸检测结果及相关因素。方法选取开封地区2016~2020年1460名MSM作为研究对象,分析HIV核酸检测结果,采用单因素分析和多因素Logistic回归分析影响HIV感染的相关因素。结果HIV核酸结果显示,开封地区2016~2020年MSM HIV阳性率呈逐年升高趋势(P<0.05);多因素Logistic回归分析显示,年龄≥40岁、文化程度较低、本地居住时间<2年、感染梅毒、未坚持使用安全套等5个因素是MSM HIV感染的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论开封地区2016~2020年MSM HIV感染率呈升高趋势,受年龄、文化程度、本地居住时间、感染梅毒等因素影响,临床应采取针对性措施遏制HIV传播。Objective To explore nucleic acid test Results and related factors of HIV among men who have sex with men(MSM)in Kaifeng from 2016-2020.Methods A total of 1,460 MSM in Kaifeng from 2016-2020 were enrolled as the research subjects.The nucleic acid test Results of HIV were analyzed.The related influencing factors of HIV infection were analyzed by Univariate and multivariate Logistic regression analysis.Results The nucleic acid test Results of HIV showed that the positive rates of HIV among MSM in Kaifeng showing increasing trends(P<0.05).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that age not younger than 40 years old,low education level,local residence time shorter than 2 years,syphilis infection,and no persistent usage of condoms were independent risk factors of HIV infection among MSM(P<0.05).Conclusion HIV infection rate is increasing among MSM in Kaifeng from 2016-2020,which is affected by age,education level,local residence time and syphilis infection.Clinically,targeted measures should be taken to curb HIV transmission.
