摘  要:为探究小球藻的固定化处理条件的不同,使其达到对低碳氮比生活污水的最好的处理效果,采取一定量的藻液,将灭菌的不同质量分数(1%、2%、3%)的海藻酸钠溶液与其混合均匀,配置成混合液,再用注射器吸取10 mm,并套上12号针头,在灭菌的不同质量分数的氯化钙溶液的液面上方,滴入混合液,固定成小球藻胶球,其直径大约为4 mm左右,经过16 h的固定,再放入150 mL的人工配置废水的锥形瓶中,放入培养箱培养,条件设为温度25℃,光照强度4000 lux,光周期12∶12,测定了14 d内氨氮、总磷及COD的去除率。结果表明:以上去除效果均有不错的表现,其中3%SA2%CACl_(2)试验组对氨氮的去除率达到了68%,对总磷的去除率达到了85%,对COD的去除率达到了78.66%。结果表明:固定化小球藻对低碳氮比的生活污水有着很好的处理效果,对氮磷有高度同化作用,同时促进小球藻对氮磷的吸收,对氮磷和COD有着不错的降解效果。The different immobilized treatment conditions of chlorella were explored so as to achieve the best treatment effect of low C/N ratio domestic sewage.Methods:Take a certain amount of algae liquid,mix sterilized sodium alginate solutions of different mass fractions(1%,2%,3%)with it evenly,configure it into a mixed liquid,and then draw 10 ml with a syringe,A 12-gauge needle is placed above the liquid surface of the sterilized calcium chloride solution of different mass fractions,and the mixture is dropped into a chlorella gel ball with a diameter of about 4mm.After fixation for 16h,the conical flask with 150ml artificial waste water was put into the incubator for cultivation.The conditions were set as 25 degrees Celsius temperature,4000lux light intensity,and photoperiod 12:12.Ammonia nitrogen,total phosphorus and COD were measured for 14 days.The results showed that the removal effect of immobilized chlorella had good performance,among which the removal rate of ammonia nitrogen,total phosphorus and COD reached 68%,85%and 78.66%in 3%SA2%CACl_(2)test group.In conclusion,immobilized Chlorella has a good treatment effect on domestic sewage with low C/N ratio,high assimilation effect on nitrogen and phosphorus,and promotes the absorption of nitrogen and phosphorus by Chlorella to synthesize its own biomass,which has a good degradation effect on nitrogen,phosphorus and COD.
