摘　　要：指出了当前西安市长安区河流水环境综合治理实践为促进长安区水生态环境治理持续改善、实现西安市“全域治水、碧水兴城”建设目标奠定良好基础。但仍存在协同机制尚不完善、工作考核制度亟待优化、公众参与流于形式等问题。鉴于此,从完善协同治理机制,优化考核机制,健全公众参与机制等方面,提出了长安区河流水环境综合治理的创新思路。It is pointed out that the current practice of comprehensive treatment of river water environment in Chang'an District of Xi'an lays a good foundation for promoting the continuous improvement of water ecological environment treatment in Chang'an District and realizing the construction goal of"controlling water in the whole area and prospering the city with clear water".However,there are still some problems,such as the imperfect coordination mechanism,the urgent need to optimize the work assessment system,and the mere formality of public participation.In view of this,this paper puts forward the innovative ideas of comprehensive management of river water environment in Chang'an District from the aspects of perfecting the collaborative management mechanism,optimizing the assessment mechanism and perfecting the public participation mechanism.
