摘 要:指出了水体中总磷含量过高易导致水体富营养化,总磷含量是水质评价的重要指标。为对比国标法(GB 11893-89)和流动注射法(HJ 671-2013)测定水中总磷含量的差异,选取3种不同浓度的标准样品和一个地表水实际样品分别用上述2种方法进行了测定。结果表明:国标法在0.00~0.48 mg/L范围内线性良好,同时流动注射法在0.000~2.000 mg/L范围内线性良好。国标法和流动注射法的检出限分别是0.009 mg/L和0.003 mg/L,加标回收率分别是98.5%和102.5%。精密度RSD均小于2%,准确度RE均小于1%。这2种方法没有显著性差异。但流动注射法较国标法的线性范围更宽,灵敏度较高,能有效提高分析效率。Total phosphorus content in surface water out of limits leads to eutrophication,and it is an important standard index of water quality evaluation.To compare water quality-determination of total phosphorus-ammonium molybdate spectrophotometric method(GB 11893-89)with water quality-determination of total phosphorus-flow injection analysis(FIA)and ammonium molybdate spectrophotometry(HJ 671-2013),three different standard samples and a kind of water sample were determinated by these methods for determination of total phosphorus.The results show that the national standard method has good linearity in the range of 0.00~0.48 mg/L,while the flow injection method has good linearity in the range of 0.000~2.000 mg/L.The detection limits of the national standard method and the flow injection method were 0.009 mg/L and 0.003 mg/L,respectively.The average of recovery of the national standard method and the FIA were 98.5%and 102.5%.The precision of RSD was less than 2%and the accuracy of RE was less than 1%.There was no significant difference between the two methods.Compared with the national standard method,the flow injection method has a wider linear range and higher sensitivity,which can effectively improve the analysis efficiency.The linear range of the FIA was wider;the sensitivity of the FIA was higher,and the FIA effectively improved the analysis efficiency.
