摘 要:为了探讨仿生水草微生物膜细菌群落多样性变化对水体富营养化状态的影响,采用高通量测序技术监测了仿生水草微生物膜细菌群落多样性变化,结合水体综合营养状态指数变化,动态地呈现了微生物膜细菌群落多样性变化对富营养化水体的影响,对于仿生水草微生物膜技术在富营养化水体治理中的作用机理给出了更加清晰、直观地解释。实验结果表明:通过对不同环境因子与仿生水草微生物膜物种多样性进行相关性分析可知,微生物膜多群落样性与水体富营养化状态呈负相关关系,仿生水草微生物膜与环境因子相互作用,随仿生水草微生物膜生物多样性增加,受污染水体富营养化程度逐渐下降,虽然在不同时间段微生物膜结构多样性会发生一定的变化,但是仿生水草微生物膜主要以变形菌门、拟杆菌门、厚壁菌门、浮霉菌门、疣微菌门、蓝藻菌门、绿弯菌门,硝化螺旋菌门、酸杆菌门等9个细菌门为优势种,属于典型的水生微生态系统类群。微生物对污染物去除机理的不同导致微生物对于水体中的污染物具有一定的选择性和差异性,仿水草微生物膜物种多样性升高,对于去除水体中的污染物种类及效果具有正向作用,可以更有效地降解水体中的污染物,降低水体富营养化程度。In order to explore the impact of changes in bacterial community diversity of biomimetic aquatic grass microbial membrane on water eutrophication,high-throughput sequencing technology is used to monitor the changes in bacterial community diversity of biomimetic aquatic grass microbial membrane.Combined with the changes in comprehensive nutritional state index of water body,the impact of changes in bacterial community diversity of micro biofilm on eutrophic water body is dynamically presented.The mechanism of microbial membrane in eutrophic water treatment is explained more clearly and intuitively.The experimental results show that the biomimetic aquatic grass microbial membrane interacts with environmental factors.With the decrease of eutrophication,the species diversity of microbial membrane increases.In different time periods,the microbial membrane is dominated by 9 bacterial phyla,such as Proteus,Bacteroides,Firmicutes,floating molds,Verrucaria,cyanobacteria,Curvularia,nitrifying Spirillum and acidobacteria,which belongs to a typical aquatic micro ecosystem group.The different removal mechanisms of microorganisms lead to certain selectivity and diversity of microorganisms for pollutants in water.The species diversity of aquatic grass like microbial membrane increases,which has a positive effect on the types and effects of pollutants in water,and can more effectively reduce pollutants in water.Through the correlation analysis between different environmental factors and the species diversity of bionic aquatic grass microbial membrane,it can be seen that the multi community diversity of microbial membrane has a negative correlation with the state of water eutrophication.The increase of species diversity of bionic aquatic grass microbial membrane can inhibit water eutrophication and reduce the degree of water eutrophication to a certain extent.
