摘 要:采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了纳米ZnO及Fe/Zr共掺杂纳米ZnO,使用扫描电镜对制备的材料进行了形貌观察,并使用紫外分光光度计对制备材料的吸收光谱及甲基橙光催化性能进行了测试。结果表明:Fe/Zr共掺杂后纳米ZnO得到细化,吸收光谱发生了蓝移,溶胶-凝胶法制备的纳米ZnO及1%Fe/Zr掺杂纳米ZnO对甲基橙具有降解作用,且1%Fe/Zr掺杂纳米ZnO降解效果更好。In this paper,nano ZnO and Fe/Zr co-doped nano ZnO were prepared by sol-gel method.The morphology of the prepared materials was observed by scanning electron microscope.The absorption spectra and photocatalytic properties of the prepared materials were tested by ultraviolet spectrophotometer.The results showed that the ZnO nanoparticles were refined after Fe/Zr co-doped,and the absorption spectra were blue shifted.Nano ZnO and 1%Fe/Zr doped nano ZnO prepared by sol-gel method have a degrading effect on methyl orange,and the degradation of 1%Fe/Zr doped nano ZnO is better.
