摘　　要：文章设计了一种针对活动关节的传动轴防错装置。该装置适用于所有传动轴产品,满足传动轴工艺检测要求,操作时勾选检测项,设备即能对指定项进行扫描检测;同时,该装置满足传动轴称重防错要求,可降低质量风险。通过实际应用,实现了99.97%以上的准确率,表明机器视觉的等速传动轴防错装置能够有效降低漏夹漏装风险,满足高产能下的生产质量监控要求。A transmission shaft error proofing device for movable joints is designed.The de-vice can adapt to all transmission shaft products and meet the requirements of transmission shaft process test.Check the test items during operation,and the device can start scanning.At the same time,the device meets the requirements of transmission shaft weighing error prevention,and reduces quality risks.General practical applications have achieved an accuracy rate of over 99.97%,indicating that the device can effectively reduce the risk of missing clamping and missing assembly,and meet the production quality monitoring requirements in high capacity situation.
